Refund policy
Thank you for supporting Faisal's Campaign to Save His Family in Gaza – T-Shirts for Palestine.
Every order helps support our fundraising campaign. To ensure as much of each contribution as possible goes towards helping Faisal's family, we operate a limited returns policy.
Returns
As the t-shirts are provided as a thank-you for your contribution to the campaign, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or no longer wish to keep the item.
Please check the sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your t-shirt arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or provide another suitable resolution.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item where possible
Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.
Where an item is confirmed as lost during transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Because every purchase supports our fundraising campaign, refunds are generally not available unless required under applicable UK consumer law.
Where a refund is appropriate, it will be processed using the original payment method.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer protection legislation, including your rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
